Request QuoteOur waterproof zippers are built around a TPU-laminated tape that seals against water and dust. Rated to IPX5, they keep rain, spray and grit out of the most demanding gear — from rainwear to camera bags and medical garments.
The TPU film is calendered onto the tape on our own line (you can see the pink coil in our factory photos) and bonded so the seal holds even after 5,000+ open-close cycles. Reverse-coil construction keeps the teeth protected.
We offer welded and stitched constructions, glossy or matte film, and full colour matching. Every batch is pull-tested and water-tested before shipment.
